Lately, my milk supply makin merundum....it's either dah malas nak amik suppliment...or pumping time byk dah lari....or sebab baby dah tak bangun malam BF..or sebab diriku sendiri yang malas???? Hmmmm... anyway, hari nie i'm doing some research on how to increase the supply.. I would like to share with uols apa yang boleh membantu kita dalam hal nie :-
1. Consume certain food and drinks – for example Japanese green tea, chlorophyll drink, pucuk manis, ulam pengaga, papayas, dates and many more
2.Express milk after feeding the baby ~ hmm...x prnh terfikir nak buat gini..it's something like Power Pumping. should try...
3. For working mothers, nurse baby the last thing in the morning (before going to work) and the first thing in the evening (right after coming back to work) and allow the baby free access to the breasts when at home and during weekends.~~ I should try this too
4. Pump on one side while feeding baby on the other. Patut cuba nie...
5. Supplement likes Fenugreek, Calcium, Multivitamin, Alfafa...
